Oven roasted beef with mixed veggies

1 bake pan
1 pound beef cubes
1 cup mixed veggies
I chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
Salt and peper
2 spoon olive oil
4 spoon A1 steak sauce

Directions: in a skillet add olive oil and saute onion and garlic on very low heat. Once onions are translucent add salt and peppered beef cubes along with steak sauce then turn fire on high. Cook for about five minutes then add mixed veggies and transfer to bake pan. Bake for two hours at 350 degrees then enjoy with your favorite sides.

baked Salmon, crab potato salad and rice
                                        Baked Salmon

3 fresh salmon slices from your local fish market (supermarket fish do not taste the same)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green sweet peppers
1/3 cup chopped red sweet peppers
salt and pepper
4 spoons olive oil

Directions: in a baking pan drizzle olive oil and place salmon in the baking pan. spread peppers and onions over fish then salt and pepper as needed. Bake for about 45 min at 360 degrees.

Crab Pasta
                             Crab Pasta

1/2 cup Orzo pasta
1 cup chopped imitation crab meat (Real crab is also OK) 
1/2 cup chopped green sweet peppers
4 spoons sour cream
salt and peper

Directions: saute crab meat with green peppers, salt and pepper as needed. in a bowl add cooked pasta and sour cream then mix crab meat and veggies.

Sweet potato pie
                              Sweet potato pie

1 pie crust
2 medium size sweet potato
4 spoons vanilla extract
1 spoon cinnamon
1 egg (optional)
1/2 cup whole milk
2 spoon butter
1/3 cup of flour



Directions:cook sweet potatoes and crush completely. add all ingredients except the flour. use flour to thicken your filling as desired.

3 spoons grenadine
melon liquor
Appleton brown rum
peppermint schnaps


 Directions: add ingredients according to the size of the shot glass. 


Oven roasted whole chicken
                         Oven roasted whole chicken

1 whole chicken (I like perdue chicken)
1 spoon fresh tyme
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup scallions
5 cloves of garlic
1 spoon pimento seeds
1 spoon salt
1/2 spoon black pepper



Directions: combine ingredients and rub the whole chicken inside and out. Bake for one hour and thirty minutes.

Pastrami Baguette sandwich
Pastrami Baguette sandwich

1 whole wheat baguette
1 pound pastrami
1 pound Swiss cheese
spicy mustard
mayonnaise



Directions: spread mustard and mayonnaise and layer pastrami and cheese.
Blueberry/Strawberry smoothie
2 spoon non-fat yogurt (I like La yogurt brand)
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Strawberries
1 cup of ice




Directions:Blend and enjoy.

Drunken king Crab Legs

Makes 2 servings


Ingredients

1 pound of king snow crab legs

2 bottles of Corona beer

3 tablespoon of adobo all purpose seasoning

3 tablespoon of Goya sazon

1 scotch bonnet pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon butter



Boil crab legs, and add ingredients. Allow crab legs to cook for 15 minutes then remove scotch bonnet pepper and cook for another 15 minutes.



Tip: do not allow scotch bonnet pepper to burst in the pot. It is a very hot pepper.
