Why I love to cook.

Nothing brings people together like a delicious home cooked meal, and nothing warms the heart like knowing you cooked that meal.

Jamaican Girl Cooks.

Sweet Ginger And Shrimp Lo main

Makes 3 servings.

Ingredients

1 pound of shrimp

2 teaspoon of fresh ginger finely chopped

1 green sweet pepper sliced

2 tablespoon of chopped scallion

1 packet of Goya sazon all purpose seasoning

Salt and pepper

2 tablespoon of duck sauce

3 tablespoon of olive oil

1 bag of lo main noodles

Heat skillet, then add olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix the green pepper, scallion, and ginger. Once the olive oil is fully heated add shrimp and other ingredients. Boil noodles and then add to skillet. Leave pot to simmer for about 5 minutes.

Tips: Lo main noodles can be a bit heavy so you can use spaghetti noodles instead, it’s just as tasty.
